Alexis Montaño
Co-FounderAlexis Montano, M.A., is a personal coach and lifelong student of human connection with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Prescott College and a B.S. from Cornell University.
With 20+ years of experience in business strategy, design, psychology, and personal development, Alexis helps people discover and embody their deeper purpose.
Her background includes extensive training in Life and Relationship Coaching, Gottman Level 1 Couples Therapy, IFS-parts work-informed coaching, as well as certification as a psychosomatic healing practitioner and a Kundalini Yoga Teacher.
Alexis is also the founder of Seed2Star.com and SeedToStarLight.com, where she blends psychology, design, and intuitive coaching to help people clarify their purpose and live with more clarity and joy in their lives.
Dr. Lisa Ramirez
Co-FounderDr. Lisa Jeanine Ramirez brings 20+ years of experience blending science, intuition, and human care.
With degrees from Tulane University and the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, she is a doctor of optometry, iridology-trained practitioner, and the owner of Angel Eye Care.
She’s also a DJ who knows how to read a room and craft a soundscape that opens people up, relaxes their nerves, and makes connection effortless.
Lisa’s grounded, intuitive presence helps people feel seen, valued, and safe.
