No. The pre-event DJ hosted happy hour is optional. You’re welcome to arrive just in time for the dating rounds if that feels best for you.

If Heart Aligned Connections needs to cancel or reschedule an event for any reason, your ticket will be fully honored for a future event. You will never lose your payment due to organizer cancellation.

Full refunds are available up to 72 hours prior to the event. Refunds are not available within 72 hours of the event start time. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

No. While we design the experience to encourage meaningful connection, we can’t guarantee matches. Many guests still leave with clarity, confidence, and great conversations. Most guests report having more fun than they had anticipated.

Dress in a way that feels authentic and comfortable for you. Most guests choose elevated casual or “date night casual.”

Occasionally, photos may be taken for promotional purposes. We always respect privacy and will never tag or identify guests without explicit consent.
