Event Details
Heart Aligned Connections is a thoughtfully curated dating experience designed to help you connect with ease, authenticity, and a little bit of magic.
Optional Pre-Event Happy Hour (4–6 PM)
The evening begins with a relaxed, optional happy hour featuring DJ-curated music and an open mingle. This is your chance to arrive early, grab a drink, settle your nervous system, and ease into the space organically. No pressure, no agenda, just good music and easy conversation.
Participation in the happy hour is completely optional, you’re welcome to arrive just in time for the dating rounds if that feels better for you.
The Dating Rounds
After the happy hour, we transition into the structured dating experience.
Participants will be assigned a number for the evening.
Women remain seated at their tables, while men rotate between tables.
Each round lasts 6 minutes, offering enough time to connect without overthinking.
There will be one intentional break halfway through to reset, refresh, and integrate.
Before the rounds begin, each participant will receive:
A card with three simple, reflective questions you’ve answered ahead of time.
These questions act as the “Three Sparks”, gentle conversation starters that help you learn something meaningful about your date right away and move beyond small talk.
At each table, you’ll also have a private impression slip where you can jot down notes or first impressions to help you remember who you connected with.
Mutual Match Follow-Up
At the end of the dating rounds:
All impression slips are collected.
If both people indicate interest in continuing the conversation, Heart Aligned Connections will share email addresses so you can connect directly after the event.
No awkward on-the-spot exchanges, just clear, consent-based follow-ups.
Post-Event DJ Mingle & Party
Once the structured portion ends, the night opens back up.
The DJ keeps the energy flowing, and guests are invited to:
Stay, mingle, dance, and continue conversations
Reconnect with someone you felt curious about
Simply enjoy the vibe without time limits
This part of the evening is all about play, presence, and possibility.

Heart Aligned Connections events are thoughtfully curated experiences with limited spots and carefully balanced participation. For this reason, we ask that all attendees review the following policy before purchasing a ticket.
Full refunds are available up to 72 hours prior to the event
Refunds are not available within 72 hours of the event start time
No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits
If you’re unable to attend due to unexpected circumstances, we’re happy to offer:
A credit toward a future Heart Aligned Connections event, or
A ticket transfer to another eligible participant, with prior organizer approval- contact us at info@heartalignedconnections.com
